My ‘resolution’ at the beginning of this year was to study more. Actually, no; it was to study with focus. I found a new way of reading the Bible in one year, and I’ve not looked back. I used to listen to an app and forget what I’d heard halfway through the day. Similarly, with the talks at church, I often had trouble staying focused (no reflection on our vicar!).
