Please read these terms before using Prayer Bible Themes.
About the app
Prayer Bible Themes is provided by PrettyFlowerUK, operated by Sharon Whitmarsh in the United Kingdom. It provides Christian devotional, prayer and Bible-journalling material for personal use.
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Permitted use
You may use the app and its content for your personal devotional practice. You agree to use the app lawfully and not to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer or misuse the app or its content except where applicable law expressly permits.
Not professional or emergency advice
Prayer Bible Themes is not a substitute for pastoral care, safeguarding support, medical or mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice or emergency assistance. Reflections and prompts are general devotional material and cannot account for every person’s circumstances.
If you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional in your country.
Scripture references and external services
The app normally supplies Bible references rather than reproducing copyrighted modern translations. Links to Bible Gateway, Bible.com and other websites are provided for convenience and open externally.
Those services are independent, have their own terms and privacy notices, and are not presented as partners, sponsors or endorsers of PrettyFlowerUK. PrettyFlowerUK is not responsible for their availability, content, translation choices or data practices.
Intellectual property
Original reflections, prayers, prompts, artwork, branding and printable resources are owned by PrettyFlowerUK or used with permission. Personal devotional use is welcomed.
You may not resell, republish, distribute, scrape, systematically copy or create commercial derivative collections from PrettyFlowerUK content without prior written permission. Bible texts and translation names remain subject to the rights and notices of their respective publishers.
Premium purchases and subscriptions
Premium products, prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed through Apple or Google, not directly by PrettyFlowerUK.
Where a product is an automatically renewing subscription, it renews unless cancelled through the relevant app-store settings before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restore Purchases can reinstate eligible access associated with the same store account. Refunds, billing disputes and cancellations are handled under the relevant store’s rules and applicable consumer law.
Locally stored notes
Journal notes and favourites are stored locally on the device in the current version. PrettyFlowerUK cannot read or recover them. They may be lost through deletion, device loss, storage clearing or technical failure. Please keep a separate copy of anything important.
Availability and changes
PrettyFlowerUK aims to keep the app accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access, or that every external link will remain available.
We may correct content, add or remove resources, update prices or change features. We will not remove paid access unlawfully, and nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, PrettyFlowerUK is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party services, or loss of locally stored notes following deletion, device failure or loss.
Termination
PrettyFlowerUK may restrict access where the app is used unlawfully, fraudulently or in serious breach of these terms. Rights and obligations that naturally continue after termination—including intellectual-property protections and lawful limitations of liability—will remain effective.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
